Which wedding package should we buy?
My Shotgun Wedding package is best for small weddings, with under 80 guests, small wedding parties and short receptions. I like to arrive about two hours before your ceremony to start taking photos of you getting ready. If your ceremony is at 6pm, I’ll arrive at 4pm. If your reception is going past 10pm, you should book my Bohemiam Bride Package for eight hours of coverage.
Once we get our CD or DVD, where can we have prints made?
I don’t make money by selling you prints. Which means that you can have 5x7s made for cents rather than dollars! My favorite lab is right here in Atlanta, and you can send photos to them to print from their web site. www.myphotopipe.com
Will we own the rights to our photos?
Yes. My contract says that I maintain rights to the photos just to promote my business, but you own them for printing, albums and anything else you’d like to do with them.
What if we want to add an engagement shoot to a package that doesn’t have one?
You can add an engagement session to either of the smaller packages for $250 for a two hour shoot. I love shooting engagement sessions! It’s a great way to meet before your big day and they are super fun for people who like to have their photos taken.
What if we’d like an album?
I can design and print an album for you through a professional album company, Millers Lab. The toughest thing you have to do is pick your favorite 50-80 photos! I can show you an example of one of my albums, just ask if you are interested.

Do you shoot weddings outside of Atlanta?
Yes! I travel all over the place to shoot weddings. If your event is more than an hour outside of Atlanta, we can negotiate some travel expenses.
Are there real benefits to having more than one photographer on the day of the wedding?
Yes. If I bring a second shooter with me to assist me with your event, we can get more complete coverage. For instance, while I’m taking formal photos, my second shooter can get a lot of details. We can also capture your ceremony from two different vantage points. It also allows me to take a break and grab a quick bite to eat without missing anything!
How many photos will we receive after the wedding? How long does it take to get our photos?
I will probably take about 2,000 to 3,000 images during your wedding. I will edit those down to the best 500-700 and then color correct them. I will give you a mix of black and white and color. It usually takes me 2-3 weeks to have them up in your online gallery.
What’s the deal with the photo booth?
The photo booth is a fun way for your guests to take pictures of themselves at your reception. We hook up a screen to the camera, so your friends and family can see their photos immediately after taking them. You will need a little space (about 10×10) and power to that area. We provide a paper background, and you provide the props and silly poses!
How do we book you for our wedding?
Once you’ve picked the right wedding package for you, I’ll email you a contract. You both sign the contract and mail it back to me with the deposit, which is half of the total amount. The other half is due the week of your wedding. I will sign the contract and email it back to you.
